As a contribution to the WSIS Asian Regional Conference, the United Nations University, CISCO Systems (Japan), Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus and other partners will collaborate to present a demonstration of IP Broadcasting (over telephone lines) and video on demand (VOD). This demonstration will take place on the 1F, 2F and 5F of the UNU Centre Building.

Initially, we will show videos about the work of the three collaborating organizations. However, during the course of the 11-12 January 2003, we would be delighted if participants in the side-meetings would agree to be interviewed (about 5 minutes for each interview) and to allow the video to be broadcast within the UNU building using the VOD system.

We would also encourage all side-event organizers to designate a representative who could give a short 5 minute video summary of the main outcome from the side event.

The UNU and its collaborators would welcome the opprotunity to further edit these materials into a digital archive of the side events for presentation later within the WSIS process..
