Logistics 1. Transportation Tokyo International Airport is located at Narita about 65km.away from downtown Tokyo. For trip to and from Narita, taxis are very expensive and should not be recommended. The most economical and convenient way would be to travel by airport limousine bus to downtown hotels (charge 3,000 yen about US$ 30), which takes you directly to ANA HOTEL Tokyo where we have booked for you. The bus will be leaving from outside the lobby almost in every 1 hour. You should expect a 90 minutes ride. You can find more details at the following web sites; (Airport Limousine) http://www.narita-airport.or.jp/limousine/limfrnrt.html (Access to ANA hotel) http://www.anahotels.com/tokyo/e/frame/f-access.html 2. Accommodation Hotel: ANA Hotel Tokyo Most of the meeting participants are staying at ANA Hotel (IN: Sep. 2 OUT: Sep. 5). It is 15 minutes ride by taxi or three stops by subway to the venue. You can find the map at the following website; (Hotel) http://www.anahotels.com/tokyo/e/index.html You will be charged room (including breakfast) when you check out. 3.
