Please ensure that the form is fully completed. Give particular attention to Item No. 23 - where your signature is required, guaranteeing return to your home country at the conclusion of the UNU fellowship period; Item No. 24 where the signature of the director of your institution is required, indicating that you will be able to return to a position in your institution and that full use will be made of the training provided under the UNU fellowship; and the Medical Report, which is also a part of the UNU fellowship application form. In addition, a letter of recommendation from your director or supervisor would be helpful.

Please ensure that the fully completed form together with all other documents is received by us by the due date. In order to save time, we suggest that the three referees use their official letterheads in writing the recommendation letters for you and send copies to us by fax and the originals by mail.

Please also note that the completion of a UNU-IC Application Form or the UNU Fellowship Application Form does not guarantee admission into the programme or constitute a commitment on the part of the United Nations University. The UNU/IC Committee will review your candidature after the deadline and we will contact those selected applicants.
