The World Commission on the Social Dimension of Globalization, which was established by ILO in 2002, published a report earlier this year: “A Fair Globalization: Creating Opportunities for All”.  Analyzing dynamics of globalization, the report calls for a focus on people,  democratic and effective state, sustainable development, productive and equitable markets, fair rules, globalization with solidarity, greater accountability to people, deeper partnerships and our effective United Nations.
