The United Nations University has issued a public announcement for 2009 (26th) Eisaku Sato Essay Contest. English  Japanese

The 26th Eisaku Sato Essay Contest announcement has been released. The theme of the contest this year is "What  Are the Prospects for Eliminating Nuclear Weapons, and What Role Can the United Nations Play?” The deadline is 28 February 2010. More information:










The 25th Eisaku Sato Essay Contest Award Ceremony was held on 8 July 2009 at the United Nations University Headquarters. The Selection Committee finalized the four prize winners among the many well prepared essays contributed to the contest. Read more about the award ceremony.
